1 hour workshop
Working in pairs, participants use key research findings to develop visual alternative models of ‘career’ resonant with their own lived experiences. These are then used to reflect on linear and reductive career metaphors of ‘ladder’ and ‘pipeline’.​

Gender(s) at Work research questions and key findings are presented as a graphic essay hand-drawn on four A2-sized panels.
